TiviMate Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason. After these 7 days, any right to a refund expires.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or access to our service, or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. In the case of a service, please state your username.

You can notify us by creating a ticket on our website. Create a ticket on our website with the subject “Refund Request” and describe in your message the problems you are experiencing and the reason for this request. Also include your username in your message that you received from us for using our service.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not be charged for such a refund.

Conditions for returns:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

  • The goods or services were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund:

  • The supply of goods that are tailor-made or personalized. This includes, but is not limited to, Amazon Fire Stick, Google Chromecast with Google TV and other equipment that has been programmed in advance by us for you to use our services.
  • The delivery of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date has passed.
  • The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • We do not offer refunds for accounts that have violated our terms of use or used our service for illegal activities.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the costs and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during returns. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.

If the goods are not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
